Roles & Profiles

As part of our ongoing investment in people, Entier are funding Nicola through her formal accountancy training.

Nicola Stables Management Accountant

Shane joined Entier as Fresh Olive straight from school and qualified with his Level & SVQ in Professional Cookery back in August 2016. Shane decided he wanted to venture into the operations management side of the business and moved into his role as Trainee Operations Manager. Shane completed his SVQ Level 7 in Management in 2017 and embarks upon his third qualification as a Graduate Apprentice studying his BA (Hons) degree in Business Management at Robert Gordon University. Shane is a shining demonstration of Entier's commitment to training and development.

Euan joined Entier in August 2017 after 2 years at college. Since then he has completed SVQ in Occupational Health & Safety and away to start the NEBOSH health and safety course. Euan has also had a lot of hands on experiences visiting vessels, rigs & onshore units. Euan has now been offshore on several occasions to complete audits by himself & with members of the HSEQ team, so now has a good understanding of what has to be completed during a full audit. Euan is now responsible for maintaining HSEQ records & logging information on a daily basis to ensure we keep up our high HSE standards. As well as maintaining the records Euan is fully involved in Risk assessments & Client QPRs.

"After leaving school I joined Entier in July 2017 as a Payroll Fresh olive. Since then I have completed SVQ level 6 in payroll. I have now been given the opportunity to widen my skill set within the finance department and have started a distance learning course, studying HNC accounting at Aberdeen College. Exploring another role within the finance department has progressed to a new position within the business for me and I look forward to focusing more on the accounts side of the function."

"After leaving college I joined Entier in August 2018 as Technical Service Administrator Fresh Olive. A year later I was given the opportunity to join the HR Team as HR/Logistics Fresh Olive. Since joining the team I have completed my SVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration.

I am responsible for a number of offshore units which has widened my knowledge of the Offshore Industry and the logistics behind it. I have learned a lot exploring all aspects of the HR Department which prepares me for my future with Entier."

Cara McLennan HR Coordinator

Nicole joined Entier in May 2016, undertaking the Fresh Olive Chef Apprentice Programme, which took 3 years to complete, including SVQ levels 2 and 3 together with a Supervision and Leadership course.

During her time with Entier, Nicole has worked with the best Chefs to train her up, working at all onshore sites for 6 months periods.

Nicole was awarded Gold place at the apprenticeship competition, receiving her medal from James Martin. She was also Commis Chef for Alix Frost at the ScotHot Young Chef of the Year competition.

Fresh Olive of the Year in 2016, Nicole won second place for North East of Scotland Young Chef of the Year in 2018. Finally, she won a Hit Scotland scholarship in 2018 to work in any restaurant in the UK for a week as work experience, and chose Gleneagles Hotel.

During lockdown Nicole was on oil rigs gaining experience and knowledge of the RSG side of the business. Thanks to these impressive credentials Nicole was promoted Trainee Assistant Operations Manager in 2021.
