We understand that concerns or complaints may arise from time to time, and we have established a comprehensive complaints procedure in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA).

Internal Resolution Process:

If you encounter any concerns or complaints while working on one of our vessels, we encourage you to follow our internal grievance policy. This process is designed to provide a prompt and fair resolution to any issues you may encounter. Please refer to the Entier Grievance Policy for detailed steps on how to raise and address your concerns internally.

Direct Communication with the Master:

As a seafarer, you have the right to bring your concerns directly to the attention of the master onboard the vessel. The master is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all crew members and will address your complaint promptly and confidentially.

Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) Reporting:

If you believe that your concern is not adequately addressed through internal channels, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA). You can contact the MCA at mlc@mcga.gov.uk to report any issues related to safety, working conditions, or other maritime regulations. Please note that by contacting the MCA, Entier may be required to share information to support the resolution of your complaint.

A detailed copy of the Onboard Complaints Procedure, as outlined in the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, is available onboard all vessels or the HR Department can direct you to this. This document provides comprehensive guidance on how to raise and resolve complaints while onboard.

Recruitment Practices Complaints:

If you believe you have a complaint related to Entier's recruitment practices, we encourage you to raise it directly with the company to discuss and resolve. However, you also have the option to report such concerns to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) at mlc@mcga.gov.uk.
