We provide everything needed for the meal: all the food, any required drinks, and stunning table settings, allowing you to relax and enjoy the evening with your guests.

When the night is over, we leave your home spotless - just as if we were never there! No clean up, no hassle. Just the perfect evening from start to finish.

Meet Chef Orry Shand

Orry’s love of cooking began in Home Economics classes in school, and from here his obsession with watching chefs and cooking shows, especially Chef Gary Rhodes grew. Driven by his genuine love of food and fascination with the art of cooking, Orry has turned this love into a fulfilling and rewarding career. Orry began his culinary career at the age of 14 as a commis chef in a local restaurant. From here, his culinary journey took him to Edinburgh where he joined the team at the Michelin-starred Number One Restaurant at The Balmoral Hotel. Building on this experience, Orry then honed his craft at the two Michelin-starred Restaurant Andrew Fairlie. Returning to his roots in Aberdeen, Orry played a key role in the opening team at The Chester Hotel before becoming part of the Entier family in 2017.

Orry's career to date has seen him become a multi-award-winning chef, taking home many prestigious awards such as Grampian Chef of the Year in 2008, 2009 and 2011, UK Game Chef of the Year 2013, North East Chef of the Year 2015, Scottish Chef of the Year 2019 and most recently Orry was crowned National Chef of the Year 2025 at the Craft Guild of Chefs competition. This prestigious accolade places Orry among the industry’s elite, with previous winners including Gordon Ramsay, Alyn Williams and Mark Sargeant.
