At Entier, we recognise the importance of motivating and rewarding our people for the consistent high quality service they deliver and we do this through our employee recognition scheme ‘Shine’. We celebrate our shining stars by nominating individuals and teams from across the business who truly harness 'the Entier way' and have played their part in ensuring success.

The Shine Programme is an integral part of recognising members of the Entier family who go above and beyond the call of duty and is key to embedding the Entier values across our business. As an organisation, this benefits not only our employees, but also our clients, as it fosters a culture of consistency to motivate and encourage excellence in everything we do.

Each quarter, employees, suppliers and clients alike are eligible to nominate individuals and teams within our business as ‘shining examples’.

All those nominated are recognised on our internal communications app with individual winners receiving a certificate and £500 (or equivalent country specific currency) worth of vouchers and the winning team per quarter receiving £500 to donate to a charity of their choice. The annual winner of Employee of the Year, presented at our yearly awards ceremony receives £2,000 (or equivalent country specific currency), along with an additional week paid leave.

We held the ceremony on the 27th of February 2026 in the prestigious Gleneagles Hotel.
