Entier’s state-of-the-art kitchen facilities offers the option to prepare quality menus ‘offsite’, saving clients time and money in space management and labour costs. The meals are distributed across Scotland under strict HACCP conditions by the fleet of Entier vans to the units where they complete preparations on site.

Menus are changed seasonally and are nutritionally analysed by Professor Alex Johnstone of the world-renowned Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health. All of our sites hold the Healthy Living Award or Healthy Living Award Plus.
