    Oliver Redgwell-Welch: After just 6 months of his apprenticeship, Oliver cooked his way to victory, taking home first place and a gold medal at the Northeast Young Chef of the Year competition.

    Andrew Clark: Our Head Chef, Andrew Clark, was awarded the prestigious title of Northeast Chef of the Year- winning first place at the 2024 NECOTY competition. Andrew plays a massive role in the progression of our apprentice chefs, helping them to progress as chefs through his mentoring and guidance.
