Orry Shand: A previous winner of the Scottish Chef of the Year award, current National Chef of The Year, and team manager of the Scottish Culinary Team. Executive Chef Orry Shand embodies the family spirit of Entier, serving as a mentor for our Fresh Olive apprentice chefs.

Andrew Clark: Our Head Chef, Andrew Clark, was awarded the prestigious title of Northeast Chef of the Year- winning first place at the 2024 NECOTY competition. Andrew plays a massive role in the progression of our apprentice chefs, helping them to progress as chefs through his mentoring and guidance.
