Orry Shand: A previous winner of the Scottish Chef of the Year award, current National Chef of The Year, and team manager of the Scottish Culinary Team. Executive Chef Orry Shand embodies the family spirit of Entier, serving as a mentor for our Fresh Olive apprentice chefs.

    Oliver Redgwell-Welch: After just 6 months of his apprenticeship, Oliver cooked his way to victory, taking home first place and a gold medal at the Northeast Young Chef of the Year competition.

    Craig Palmer: Proudly awarded the accolade of Scottish Chef of the Year 2023, Craig is a culinary artist and one of Scotland’s top chefs. He has cooked for A-list celebrities, the Royal family and worked with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.

    Andrew Clark: Our Head Chef, Andrew Clark, was awarded the prestigious title of Northeast Chef of the Year- winning first place at the 2024 NECOTY competition. Andrew plays a massive role in the progression of our apprentice chefs, helping them to progress as chefs through his mentoring and guidance.
