RSG: Chef Manager - Trinidad & Tobago

We currently have an opportunity available for Chef Managers in Trinidad & Tobago.

About the role:

Due to continued growth, Entier are currently recruiting experienced Chef Managers on a rotational basis in Trinidad and Tobago on various offshore units as required by the company.

About the role:

This skilled position requires management of the Entier team on the unit to ensure that the provision of catering and full housekeeping services are delivered to a high standard at all times. This includes the delivery of quality laundry, accommodation, messroom and janitorial services, while adhering to health and safety at all times.

Applicants should have undertaken the following training and obtained the relevant certificates:

  • BOSIET (HUET)
  • Catering Qualification and / or Time Served Experience
  • Food Hygiene certification – Candidate will preferably hold but not essential
  • STCW

Details of relevant certification must be included with application, including expiry dates. Only candidates with relevant and up to date certification will be considered for this position

Applicants should actively demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours and display an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of catering/hospitality.
