ETS: Catering Service Engineer (Aberdeen)

We currently have an opportunity available for a Catering Service Engineer to join our Entier Technical Services Team.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Catering Services Engineer to become part of the growing Entier global family. This role will be based in Aberdeen to support our Entier Technical Services in a fast paced and varied role maintaining a high level of service delivery to our customers and clients.

As Catering Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking the installation, service and maintenance of a variety of gas and electrical catering and laundry equipment. You will be required to carry out electrical maintenance inspections and project work as agreed with the client and carry out periodic maintenance on catering equipment as required by the company.

Experience / Qualifications:

To be considered for the role, applicants should have the following experience and have undertaken the relevant training and obtained the relevant certificates set out below:

  • Applicants should hold an SVQ in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification)
  • Hold current Gas Catering Certificates, including Comcat 1,3,5
  • LPG experience and qualification
  • Full clean driving licence
  • General plumbing experience

Experience of working with Combi ovens and dishwashers is essential.

Applicants should actively demonstrate positive attitudes and behaviours and be committed to displaying an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleague, clients and customers at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of catering engineering services.

This role is based within Aberdeen, however you should be flexible to travel to work at various company, client and customer sites. Applicants must also be willing to be flexible with working hours where it is required to meet operational requirements out with normal shift and willing to undertake on-call duties which will be allocated as part of a rota.

A completive salary will be paid to the successful candidate. A company vehicle will be provided to allow you to undertake your duties.
