Arranged by Gordon Newlands of Quality Meat Scotland, Oliver led a live cooking demo where made:
Roasted Lamb Loin with a Tomato and Lamb Sauce, Asparagus and preserved Lemon and Herb Jersey Royal Fricassee.

He was a natural on stage! Craig Coupar and Craig Palmer from the Wilde Thyme also presented a live cooking demonstration at the Food For Thought theatre with Native Hebridean and Bakkafrost Scotland, where they showcased:

-Lime blini with Native Hebridean smoked salmon and whipped crème fraiche
-Blistered potato with Salmon rillette
-Salmon ballotine with Scallop mousse, seaweed and fresh herbs
-Agnolotti filled with salmon belly
