Our Executive Chef Orry Shand, took to the stage at Taste of Christmas, creating a boozy cherry chocolate trifle! A great dessert for those Christmas parties!

Orry walked the audience through each step, sharing tips and stories as he went. After the demo, Orry sat down for a chat with Craig Wilson (The Kilted Chef) and Julia Bryce, where he answered a few Christmas quick-fire questions, and gave everyone a glimpse into what Christmas is like in his house!

A huge thank you to Craig, Julia, and the Taste of Grampian team for putting on such a wonderful event. It was brilliant to see so many local chefs, producers, and businesses coming together to celebrate the season. And well done to Orry for representing us so brilliantly and spreading some Christmas joy!
