The hours for this position are as follows, 30 hours per week:

Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 13:30

Friday: 07:00 – 11:30

There may also be an opportunity to work additional hours where operationally required. We offer an excellent rate of pay at £16.57 per hour.

Main responsibilities of the role are:

Prepare and cook breakfast daily, including fresh home-baked items, and ensure all are attractively displayed on the counter for customers.

Prepare small salad bar for sandwich & salad offerings, reheat prepared soup & main course from our production kitchen and provide additional items on-site for lunch offer.

Always looking for new ideas for Breakfast and lunch service to encourage customers to site and work on seasonal offers.

Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, following HACCP guidelines and cleaning equipment after your shift.

Monitoring stock levels, restocking with correct stock holding and correct temperature holding.

Ensure strict compliance with company food hygiene and health and safety standards, maintain allergen awareness and responsibility, and complete all relevant documentation accurately.

Serving customers in a timely and polite manner.

To carry out additional duties and any other tasks within your competency, such as assisting the Catering Supervisor with any requested tasks.

The ideal candidate must have cooking experience, be enthusiastic and have previous experience of working in a busy fast paced environment while always delivering a high level of customer service. You must also have a pro-active approach for dealing with delays and extremely busy period.
