Cleaner/Janitor
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner / Janitor to join our family based at GAS Terminal SAGE, St Fergus, Peterhead. Due to location of the site, this position would suit someone who holds a driving licence.
The hours for this position are as follows:
Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 2.30pm
We offer an excellent rate of pay at £13.84 per hour.
Main responsibilities of the role are:
- Stocking up facilities, distribution of milk and cleaning supplies to the various site buildings.
- General cleaning of tea points, ensuring the areas are stocked up and kept clean and tidy.
- Supporting the kitchen over lunch time, serving and clearing dishes.
- Assisting with cleaning in certain areas around the site.
- Emptying bins in a safe manner around the office areas.
- Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations within the employee handbook and unit policy statements, with regards to uniform, personal hygiene and health and safety.
- Customer service focused, friendly manner around the site.
- Team player and can‐do attitude.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative and time management is essential for this role.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
