Our Healthy Wellbeing Dishes
Each quarter we launch a set of themed healthy wellbeing dishes. Themes such as 'Delicious Lighter Dishes', 'Mindful Meals' and 'Winter Warmers'.
Working in collaboration with The Rowett Institute and industry-leading nutritionist Professor Alexandra Johnstone, these recipes are independently reviewed and analysed to ensure they have the correct nutrients to support a person’s physical and mental wellbeing.
Each quarter we release a batch of themed, and nutritionally analysed, recipes for our chefs to use at their sites. Recipes such as this delicious yet healthy chicken tagine.
