The Shoot 2025

Another hugely successful day at The Shoot 2025 at Auchterhouse Country Sports. Our teams had great day shooting, and an incredible amount was raised on the night, with £370k raised for four very worthy charities: Maggies, Breakthrough T1D, MND Scotland and Beatson Cancer Charity.
To top off the day, the lunch provided by [Wilde Thyme] was second to none! The team catered for over 400 guests on the day, with impeccable service. The menu?
- Nori-Cured Salmon Ballotine, Summer Pea Salad, Preserved Lemon & Pickled Apple, Hollandaise Espuma
- Roast Fillet of Beef, Beef Cheek Rosti, Coffman's Cabbage, Chantenay Carrot, Red Wine Jus, Pickled Mustard Seed
- Cranachan Pavlova, Whisky-infused Raspberries, White Chocolate Chantilly, Heather Honey, Toasted Oats
