SeaFest Peterhead - Cooking Demo

Join us this Saturday the 9th of September at SeaFest Peterhead, where our Executive Chef and the captain of the Scottish Culinary Team, Orry Shand, is teaming up with our talented Sous Chef, Andrew Clark, for a mouthwatering cooking demo!
On the menu:
- Smoked Haddock Scotch Eggs with Curry Mayonnaise, Fennel & Apple Salad
- Sauté Garlic Squid with Crispy Tentacles and Roast Red Pepper Orzo
Come along and spend the day celebrating North East Seafood from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday the 9th of September at Seagate, Peterhead Harbour. Recipe cards will also be available with step-by-step instructions for the dishes Orry and Andrew whip up during the demo. Not to be missed!
