The Scottish Culinary National Team 2022 is made up of eleven Chef’s from around Scotland including three from the Entier Family, Orry Shand (Team Captain), Craig Palmer and Rory Taylor. They will be competing in the Culinary World Cup 2022 in Luxembourg from the 26th – 30th November 2022.

Scotland will prepare and present a Scottish Menu for 110 guests in the Restaurant of Nations and present a Buffet for 12 covers in the Chefs Table. The menu for both elements will be composed of produce from Scotland and showcase our world-famous lamb, fish and shellfish.
