Executive Chef- National Chef of the Year Finalist

We are incredibly pleased to announce that our Executive Chef, Orry Shand, has been named as a finalist for the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year competition.
Orry is not only a highly celebrated chef but is previous winner of the Scottish Chef of the Year award, and the current team manager of the Scottish Culinary Team, who recently took home two silver medals at this year's IKA Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart.
As a finalist, Orry will compete against some of the country's best in the culinary industry, joining 9 other finalists presenting to a panel of esteemed judges, including Matt Abé, Chef Patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. Forty semi-finalists were whittled down to ten finalists who will cook their original entry on October 8th, all vying for the title of National Chef of the Year.
