Our Executive Chef Orry Shand was a judge for the Springboard FutureChef Regional Aberdeen city/shire final on Monday, which was held at The Olive House.

Orry was impressed with the outstanding standard from the 15-17 year olds who participated in the competition.

Congratulation to Cole Flockhart, who was the overall winner with his smoked haddock ravioli dish, and to Brody Paterson, who achieved 2nd finalist position with his lamb loin dish.

They will both head to the national final at Westminster Kingsway College in London, where one talented finalist becomes the National Future Chef winner. Good luck to you both!
