The festive spirit was alive and cooking at our Entier festive cookalong! 🎄 Guests were shown the ropes by our award-winning Executive Chef, Orry Shand. Previous winner of Scottish Chef of the Year and Team Captain of the Scottish Culinary Team.

Under the guidance of Chef Orry and Sous Chef Andrew, guests were walked through crafting four delicious festive canapés:

  • Smoked salmon with homemade potato blinis, creme fraiche & lemon
  • Duck bon bon with cherry & pistachio
  • Festive pork, black pudding & chestnut sausage roll bites
  • Truffle & parmesan gougères
