Entier Cookalong - August 2024

At the end of August we held a cookalong in our bespoke training kitchen here in Westhill. Chefs Orry and Andrew walked the attendees through the steps required to create a delicious three course meal, with attendees sitting down together and enjoying each meal.
They made a stunning grilled summer vegetable salad with crispy soft hen’s egg and hollandaise sauce, a beef Wellington with truffle mashed potato and red wine jus, and a delicious lemon posset with local Barra strawberries and an oat and sesame tuille. Incredible cooking from everyone!
Julia Bryce, an award-winning local food and travel influencer and Scottish F&D Influencer of the Year 2024, was invited along to our August cookalong. Julia said:
"I absolutely loved the cookalong. My friend and I had so much fun. I love that the whole class also eats each course together and it was lovely to meet so many passionate people who also love their food. Wine is provided with each course which is a lovely touch. I had so much fun and would definitely look to book again"
