It is with great delight that we congratulate Dean Davidson on completing his Fresh Olive programme. To recognise this, he was presented with his Chef Whites and coveted Gold Olives by Peter Bruce and Orry Shand.
On completing his apprenticeship, Dean said “I feel the support and experience during my journey as a Fresh Olive has given me a great platform to progress in my career with Entier”. Read our article to find out more about Dean’s experiences as a Fresh Olive.
As a graduate Olive, Dean will continue his journey as Chef with Entier and we look forward to hearing about his continued progression.
