Culinary Masterclass with our Award-Winning Executive Chef

Join us for a three-course meal with a twist. You are the chef!
If you are looking to hone your skills in the kitchen, or show off infront of your friends and family at your next get-together, we are hosting a cook-along session here, in our bespoke training kitchen at our office in Westhill on Friday the 16th August where you will dive into a hands-on cooking experience guided by our award-winning executive chef, Orry Shand, previous winner of Scottish Chef of the Year and Manager of the Scottish Culinary Team.
Picture this: You arrive, you’re greeted with a glass of fizz and delicious canapés. Then, armed with all the ingredients you need, the recipe cards, and your stylish new Entier branded aprons, you step into our training kitchen for a culinary masterclass,, with Chef Orry there every step of the way to ensure you master each dish with confidence, making sure you can take these skills home and really impress at your next dinner.
After you have cooked and prepared a course, you get to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labour, before heading back to the kitchen to learn the next course. We promise it will be a fun-filled afternoon, with great food and great company.
The menu you will be both preparing and sitting down to is:
- Starter: Grilled Summer Vegetable Salad with Crispy Soft Hens’ Egg and Hollandaise Sauce
- Main: Chef Orry Shands Signature Beef Wellington with Truffle Mash Potato and Red Wine Jus
- Dessert: Set Lemon Posset with Barra Strawberries and Oat and Sesame Tuille
The cost £120.00 per person, which includes drinks and canapés on arrival, a three-course meal and a culinary cooking masterclass, recipe cards for you to keep, and your very own Entier branded apron.
