Members of The Scotch Beef Club

We are proud to now be a member of the Scotch Beef Club. Being a member of the Scotch Beef Club means that all the beef we use onshore is Scottish, fully traceable and quality assured on trusted Scottish farms.

All members are visited regularly to ensure they identify Scotch Beef on their menus and validate that the beef they purchase is genuinely Scotch.

Our Executive Chef, Orry Shand, said: "It is fantastic that we can recognise the traceability and origin of our beef. We are so proud to be a member of a club that is championing in Scottish produce".
