We welcomed Liam Rogers, Master Chef: The Professionals 2021 Finalist to the Entier kitchen on Friday last week.
Liam and Orry started their day off at Peterhead Fishmarket where they met Stephen Bruce our local fish supplier. They then headed back to the Olive House to have a day with the Fresh Olives in the training kitchen, carrying out a demo of one of the dishes Liam made on Master Chef.
Our Fresh Olives enjoyed their time, they watched Liam demonstrate his Master Chef dish - Blow Torched Cured Mackerel with a Mackerel & Apple tartar, picked beetroot horseradish served with a butter milk & chive dressing.
Our Olives truly enjoyed their opportunity to cook the dish and learn from Liam.
A great day had by all!
