Delivering the highest food safety and hygiene at all times

Following an environmental health food hygiene audit last week, The Entier Kitchen team retained their Eat Safe Award – the highest rating for food safety and hygiene in Scotland.

Hygiene, cleanliness and food safety are critical priorities at all times for the Entier teams, but the Eat Safe Award confirms that we go above and beyond legal requirement to meet the rigorous conditions required to obtain the Eat Safe Award recognition. Well done to all of the team involved!
