This is the eighteenth year since the first shoot started, The Shoot is now a significant date in Scotland's shooting and social calendars. A massive amount of £3.2m has been raised and distributed to charities across Scotland since it began. This year, 400 guests made their way to Dundee on Sunday 11th August for another great day of shooting, socialising and fundraising.
Entier is a key sponsor of this amazing charity event, we had two teams participating in the shoot under the names of Northern lights oot and Guns n Posers. Our teams were made up with some of our clients along with our operational team. To top the fantastic day off Guns n Posers came home with the Top Flush Team Cup. The winning team consisted of Gary Holman, Eric Wesselingh, Mark Pollock and Fiona Bruce.
Wilde Thyme did the Entier Family proud delivering above and beyond service and food expectations for the 400 guests attending. Caroline Buchan our Wild Thyme Senior Event Manager led the day with her team, alongside head Chef Andrew Laycock and Orry Shand. The guests were served a bespoke menu tailored to the supplied products from the sponsors.
A fantastic testimonial from one of The Shoot organisers Fay Bancewicz “The catering at The Shoot was nothing short of five-star. Nothing is too much trouble for the team from Wilde Thyme and the service is truly exceptional.”
