59 Countries will come together to compete in this special competition that has been running for 25 years, what started as a competitive exhibition has now turned into an international event with over 2000 cooking chefs and 28,000 visitors from all over the world.
Throughout the course of the competition, the team will be assigned several different tasks to complete over the 2 days. One of the tasks being Restaurant of Nations: a three-course menu for 110 people and a second task being Chef’s Table: seven different dishes for twelve people – from dips and cold/hot plates through to petit fours. A complete vegan course is also included.
