The rising star chef joined Entier as the first Fresh Olive from the Perth and Kinross region in 2017 directly from Perth High School. During his time with the company he’s catered for large scale events of up to 800 people to intimate fine-dining experiences.
The Apprentice Award recognizes those who are the future of their industry. The successful candidate was required to demonstrate an aptitude for learning, a stellar performance and a commitment to the industry.
