8oz Self Raising Flour
2oz Caster Sugar
1tsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Place dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the centre of the bowl and place all wet ingredients into the well.
- Mix all ingredients into a thick batter, add milk if required.
- Place the griddle over medium heat.
- When hot place mixture onto the griddle and wait for bubbles to burst before flipping.
- Cook until golden brown and serve hot.
