Our values are always at the forefront of our business and showing this as two of the Entier family head out to the Philippines to visit the Seacrest Offices.
After a long 13-hour flight, Entier’s very own Executive Chef Orry Shand, and Tom Clarke one of our Advisors arrived in the Philippines for a jammed pack week. The trip began with the boys visiting Makati in Malena where the Seacrest Offices are situated. The boys had several interviews lined up with members of the local community to recruit for upcoming roles as Chefs, Bakers and Stewards.
Interviewees would have to take part in a verbal interview as well as a Skills test. The skills test took place in a local college where candidates had to Bone out a chicken, fillet tuna mackerel and cook two portions of a fish dish and a chicken dish, showing their skills and expertise. Successful candidates will be taking on these roles on our growing marine business.
There is so many exciting times ahead for the Entier Family with our Colleagues in the Philippines and we would like to thank the Seacrest office for looking after Orry and Tom so well.
