Entier launched its first Fresh site in England on the 1st of November in Newcastle.

Entier has launched its first FRESH site in England on 1st November 2018 at Maersk Training in Newcastle. Following on from the success of Maersk Kingswells and Maersk Portlethen, Mike Prater our client asked us to facilitate the catering and cleaning contract for the Newcastle site.

The team onsite consists of Russell Temple chef manager and Caroline Nesbit food service assistant. The opening was supported by Alison Yates unit manager for the Aberdeen sites and Jo Watson operations.

We have introduced a 4 week cycle menu to give our customers more variety, well stocked salad bar, fresh fruit pots as well as a range of freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, toasties and paninis. The food is going down a storm, the customers and regular Maersk staff on site are enjoying our FRESH take on food.
