About the role:
This role is based at one of our client sites in Dyce, Aberdeen working Monday to Friday (7am – 3pm).
As a Fresh Olive you will receive a starting salary of £10,000 per annum, increasing on successful completion of each apprenticeship year.
As an Entier Fresh Olive Chef apprentice you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from award winning chefs receiving extensive training and guidance which will support you as you take your first step in your career as a chef.
In this role you will be involved with all aspects of food preparation and delivery, where your involvement will develop as you progress through your apprenticeship. You will also learn and develop valuable customer service skills through your involvement and experience of the hospitality and catering environment.
You will commence a 3 year programme which allow you to undertake your SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cookery) qualification, as well as developing additional skills, taking part in master classes and undertaking training and development which will ensure you develop the skills and experience to become a fully trained Chef.
