About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Award Winning apprenticeship programme, ‘Fresh Olive’.
As an Entier Fresh Olive Chef apprentice you will be part of a 3 year programme where you will work towards an SVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery (Preparation and Cookery) qualification with the support of your Line Manager and your SVQ Assessor.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of food in any area of the Entier business (this will develop as you progress throughout your apprenticeship)
- Support with Kitchen, Front of House and any other areas in the business as required to enhance and provide a full experience of the hospitality and catering environment
- Support with Entier events as and when required
- Working at various units throughout the business
