About the role:
We are currently recruiting for an Adhoc Chef based at SAGE, St Fergus, Peterhead where our FRESH team deliver a bespoke catering service to our client and customers..
The nature of our business requires flexibility within our adhoc team to ensure that we can meet the operational requirements which can include covering holidays and absence. Therefore, you must be available at short notice depending on company and client requirements.

Main responsibilities of the role are:
• To prepare, cook and present food to the highest standards in a clean, tidy and safe manner
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, and health and safety are maintained at all times
• Adhere to allergen legislation
• Ensure that standards relating to food and cleaning service are maintained at all times
• Carry out product and quality control measures on a daily basis
The hourly rate for this position is £12.09 and an enhancement rate will be paid for hours worked on nightshift.
The ideal candidate must have catering experience, be smart in appearance, enthusiastic and have previous experience of working in a busy fast paced environment while delivering a high level of customer service at all times.Apply Now
