We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Catering Manager to join our team working at the Glamis Castle, a prestigious tourist attraction located in Angus, offering a unique opportunity to provide high quality food preparation, delivery and service in a historic tourist attraction.
The Catering Manager will be responsible for the full day to day operations of the restaurant, kitchen and The Hub (retail café) at Glamis Castle.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of food to be able to support with creative menus, stock planning and rotation, food preparation, delivery and customer service on site, while leading and motivating a team to deliver a high quality service.
