HR Business Partner

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our head office in Aberdeen.

The HR Business Partner will provide generalist HR support in areas including employee rewards, recruitment and employment law. The HR Business Partner must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills, excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines. Supervisory experience would be of benefit although not essential.

Full-time Cook/Chef Supervisor

Altens, Aberdeen

Hours - Monday-Friday 7am - 3.30pm

£18,000 per annum

Due to continued business success we have an opening for a full time cook/chef supervisor based at one of our sites in Altens, Aberdeen. The successful candidate will have accomplished cooking experience and supervisory skills and main duties will include:

Prepare and present food in a way which will encourage customer uptake
Ensure the kitchen, restaurant and service areas are clean and tidy during opening times
Ensure food is prepared and served promptly and to work quickly enough to keep up during busy periods
To adhere to portion and cost controls, preparation and storage methods and to avoid wastage

Reporting to the Unit Manager your main duties will be:

Part-time Food Service Assistant

Altens, Aberdeen

Hours - Monday-Friday 8.30am - 2.30pm - £7.35 per hour

Reporting to the Unit Manager your main duties will be:

Full-time, Permanent Food Service Assistants - Relief Team

Salaried or paid as and when basis £7.35 per hour

To support our rapid growth we are looking to recruit Relief Food Service Assistants to cover holidays and sickness at various sites in and around Aberdeen.

Reporting to the Unit Manager your main duties will be:

To help prepare and present food in a way which will encourage customer uptake
To make sure that the kitchen, restaurant and service areas are clean and tidy during opening times
To make sure food is prepared and served promptly and to work quickly enough to keep up during busy periods
To adhere to portion and cost controls, preparation and storage methods and to avoid wastage

Our relief team's contracts will be based on a minimum of 35 hours per week, between the hours of 7am and 3pm and we offer a very competitive rate of pay of £7.35 per hour as a minimum. Ideally you will also be able to drive.

As integral members of the Entier team, you will contribute to the provision of a quality catering service for a variety of clients.

The successful candidates for all the above roles will be expected to actively demonstrate flexibility and have role model attitudes and behaviours by displaying an approachable, friendly and helpful manner to colleagues and customers at all times.
