At Entier we recognise the importance of motivating and rewarding our people for the consistently high quality service they deliver and we do this through our employee recognition scheme, ‘Shine’. The Shine Programme is an integral part of recognising members of the Entier family who go above and beyond the call of duty and is key to embedding the Entier values across our business. As an organisation this benefits not only our staff but also our clients, as it fosters a culture of consistency to motivate and encourage excellence in everything we do.
Each quarter, staff, suppliers and clients alike are eligible to nominate individuals and teams within our business as ‘shining examples’.
All those nominated will receive a certificate with individual winners receiving £500 worth of vouchers and the winning team per quarter receiving £500 to donate to a charity of their choice. The annual winner of Employee of the Year, presented at our yearly awards ceremony receives £1000.

I was overwhelmed to win Manager of the year 2015, it served as a great morale boost for Sage and all the team and the Client were very proud of my win and thought it was well deserved. Its nice to be part of a company that recognises the managers who “just get on with it”, great believer in “there are no insurmountable problems only solutions to be found”. And as managers we are only as good as the people we work with - peers, management & Client.Alison Murray, Chef Manager, Apache Unit, Sage Plant St Fergus
The Shine Awards provide great recognition to employees throughout our sites who work hard all year, it’s also a great motivational tool. The fact employees nominate each other provides good team spirit. In my experience I won employee of the year in 2016 – and my prize gave me the opportunity of travelling to Thailand which was something I had always wanted to do.Vicky Smith, Logistics & Training Supervisor
A Company that treats and deals with its Suppliers in the same way as it does its Clients and Staff is a Company that I want to work with. Team Entier have always treated me and the team at Eyecandy in this way, and in doing so it has benefited both companies for the better. Keep Shining Team Entier you can all be winners and get the recognition you deserve.Adrian George, Eyecandy Graphics & Signs
